We at my facts. are fighting against the stigma that consumes mental health.
We fully believe in ensuring the focus is on mental health and not mental illness.
By encouraging young people and children to talk about their own mental health and well-being as well as the larger societal view, we want to help the new generation blossom and live with a new way of thinking.
So many adults are effected by mental health issues throughout their lives and we hope that with earlier intervention, this number will get smaller and smaller. By offering education around mental health and well-being, we are giving schools and teachers more of a chance to focus on the high pressures laid upon them with the new curriculum, whilst we support them in best working with their students.
